Who operates CreaQuest
CreaQuest is operated by Creatnet Institute of Applied Management (CIAM), 215, Southex Plaza-1, South Extn-2, New Delhi-110049, India. Contact help@creatnetlearning.com with questions or requests about your information.
Information we collect and use
CreaQuest supports learning and collaboration through Quests, reflections, assessments and AI-assisted insights. We handle account and profile details, organisation and team memberships, Quest questions and submitted responses, uploaded material, comments, assessment results, AI conversations and saved insights. Some information may be provided by your organisation or authorised collaborators.
We also process sign-in and session information, technical and security logs, and service-usage records. We use this information to provide the service, display and share content according to access settings, deliver requested AI features, send service messages, maintain security and resolve support requests.
Who can see your information
We treat information on CreaQuest as private. Access depends on your account, organisation and Quest permissions, and the sharing choices made by authorised users. Content you submit may be available to the participants, facilitators or administrators permitted by those settings. Authorised CIAM staff may access information when needed to operate, secure or support the service. Please consider the relevant sharing settings before submitting confidential information about yourself or someone else.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, we request basic identity information through openid, profile and email to identify and authenticate your account. These permissions do not request access to your email messages, calendars or files. The providers operate their own sign-in services under their privacy policies. CreaQuest’s access rules still apply after you sign in.
AI-assisted features
When an authorised user requests an AI feature, CreaQuest may send relevant submitted responses, questions, selected profile context, instructions and conversation history to Anthropic to generate the result. The information sent depends on the feature, source selection and access settings. Results and conversations may be saved in CreaQuest. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
Anthropic processes API data under its applicable commercial terms and data-handling rules. Its retention practices may depend on the model, feature and account configuration. This policy does not promise zero retention by an AI provider.
Service providers
We use Microsoft Azure for backend hosting, Neon for the database, Cloudflare for frontend delivery, Anthropic for AI, Google and Microsoft for optional sign-in, and email providers for service messages. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in countries outside India. We may disclose information where required by applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session continuity and interface preferences. Clearing this storage may sign you out or reset preferences.
Retention and removal of personal information
CreaQuest currently retains platform information and does not apply a routine automatic-deletion schedule. To ask us to remove your personally identifiable information, email help@creatnetlearning.com from your registered email address. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours and protect other users’ information.
CIAM will remove your personally identifiable information from its databases within 30 days of receiving your request. We may retain information that has been de-identified so that it no longer identifies you. Removing personal information may affect your account and your access to associated records. There is currently no self-service deletion feature; requests are handled by email.
Security and other requests
We use access controls and other technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You can also contact help@creatnetlearning.com to ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern.
Changes to this policy
We will publish an updated policy with its effective date when our practices change and provide an appropriate notice of material changes.
